Mailing List Info
To get a list of available mailing lists, see https://mail.ncmir.ucsd.edu/mailman/listinfo/
To subscribe, visit https://mail.ncmir.ucsd.edu/mailman/listinfo/, click the name of the mailing list you want to join, and fill out the form.
For general information on how to configure, query, manage, etc. your mailing list subscriptions, see: http://www.gnu.org/software/mailman/mailman-member/

To get a list of the members of a specific mailing list:
- Login on the mail server.
- Get root.
- Commands are in /usr/lib/mailman/bin
- e.g.
[root@mail ~]# /usr/lib/mailman/bin/list_members crbs-holly
To remove a member from all lists:
- Login on the mail server.
- Get root.
- Commands are in /usr/lib/mailman/bin
- e.g.
[root@mail ~]# /usr/lib/mailman/bin/remove_members --fromall username
To get a list of members on a list you are a member of via the web
- https://mail.ncmir.ucsd.edu/mailman/listinfo/<your mailing list name> i.e.crbs-ah
- It should look like this: https://mail.ncmir.ucsd.edu/mailman/listinfo/crbs-ah
- Scroll to the bottom where it will say in bold: CRBS-AH Subscribers
- Type in your email address associated with this list and your password and click: Visit Subscriber List
To administrate a mailing list,
- goto: https://mail.ncmir.ucsd.edu/mailman/admin/<your mailing list name>
If your credentials are correct you will now be viewing all of the users that are subscribed to your list. If you do not gain access, make sure all of your info is correct. Thank you.
Here is another way each user can manage their own subscriptions via the web.
- Go to an email sent to you via the mailing list, scroll to the bottom of that email and click the link. The link will redirect you.
- You can then set a password, reset a password, change delivery options, and request a list of subscribers.
