About Me
I am a staff research associate at the National Center for Microscopy and Imaging Research (NCMIR), primarily tasked with the processing of tomographic reconstructions and visualizations of Electron Microscope (EM) data.
This area will be used to house a collection of notes, instructions and help-desk like suggestions for people attempting to run backprojection software suites such as IMOD or TxBR, as well as visualization programs such as Amira. Most pages in this area will be personal notes, commands etc for all the little details on reconstructions that take place at NCMIR.
Also, I go by the name "Obi". Please be aware of that when trying to contact me.
As of March 19th, 2010, I will no longer be a member of the NCMIR research staff.
