TxBR 3.0 Command Lines
Wiki Markup runtxbr.py \[-h\] Will run txbr with a single command from alignment all the way to backprojection. The \-h flag brings up a listing of other useable flags to modify the job protocol. Use in the data directory.
- qsub runtxbr.bash.pbs
Use on a cluster to submit the .pbs job file. Modify the .pbs file as necessary.
