Each electron microscope (EM) has its own set of suggested parameters for magnification, suggested gold size, image size, etc.  Generally, many of these settings are common throughout all the EM at NCMIR, but sometimes the differences can result in large change to the end product. 

This page houses a collection of notes and tips for the different EM.
